Laut der 2. COVID-19-Notmaßnahmenverordnung (2.COVID-19-NotV) ist es z.B. für Seilbahnbetriebe erforderlich, ein Sicherheits- bzw. Präventionskonzept zu erarbeiten. Dabei ist es erforderlich, dass gemeinsam mit dem Kunden u.a. folgende Punkte behandelt werden.

  • Specific hygiene requirements
  • Regulations on what to do in the event of a SARS-CoV-2 infection
  • Risk analysis
  • Regulations regarding the use of sanitary facilities
  • Regulations regarding the consumption of food and beverages
  • Regulations for managing customer flows and regulating the number of customers
  • Equalization measures, such as barriers and floor markings
  • Guidelines for training employees with regard to hygiene measures

This prevention concept must be presented to the authorities on request.

We recommend that this concept be revised on an ongoing basis so that it can be implemented in practice.
