After almost two years we have succeeded in obtaining permission for our customer. On the Simonhöhe it is now possible to be pulled up with the drag lift on the mountain bike. This makes the experience of mountain biking and flow trails even more intense. The strenuous climb is no longer necessary from now on.

For approval was made according to the Cableway Act. This requires extensive documentation. This was prepared together with the Schupfer office. We prepared all documentation, descriptions and the required risk analysis. This was subsequently taken over by Büro Schupfer and summarized in the safety report.
Further measures were required to obtain the permit:
- Modernization of the electrical system and conversion of the control system to the state of the art
- Adaptation of the cable car route with nature conservation permit
- Obtaining the water right permit for the crossing of the inner spring protection area.
An additional complication is that the lift crosses the inner spring protection area. Thus, a permit according to water law also had to be obtained for the approval.
